1. I've made a reservation as a gift. Can you make me a gift voucher?

Yes, if you have booked online, we can print out a gift voucher for you.

To do so, please send us an e-mail to sejour@lagazelleperchee.com your surname, first name, booking nᵒ and text to put on the gift voucher. There is no extra charge for this service.

2. Can I change the date of a booking or cancel?

Yes, it is possible to change a booking date or cancel, see our general terms and conditions of sale.

3. What payment methods are available?

You can use the following payment methods:

  • On line payment only by secure bank card.
  • By telephone: payment by secure credit card, cheque, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers, ANCV Connect.
  • On-site: payment by secure bank card, cheque, bank transfer, ANCV holiday vouchers, ANCV Connect, cash.

4. What should we bring for our stay?

We provide towels, sheets, slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, cot and high chair on request.

5. Do you have an early arrival and/or late departure option?

Yes, we offer this option at a cost of 15 euros per additional hour.

You can arrive from 3pm and stay until 1pm maximum (confirmation on the day of arrival).

6. Do I have to add meal options when booking?

No, you have up to 24 hours before your stay to let us know your choice.

7. Are there electric recharging points for the vehicles?

Yes, each hut has a Green Up socket with a maximum power output of 3.7 kW.

8. Is breakfast included in the booking?

Yes, continental breakfast is included with every overnight stay (savoury breakfast optional).

It will be brought to you in the morning at the entrance to the hut, at the time of your choosing.

9. What is the water temperature in spas?

The temperature of our spas is set at 37° in both summer and winter.

We can change the temperature on request when you arrive.

10. Are spas open all year round?

Yes, our spas have private access all year round.

11. Are pets allowed?

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed.

12. What are the arrival and departure times?

The cabins are open from 5pm and must be vacated by 11am.

Early check-in and late check-out available on request at extra cost.

13. Is it possible to bring more than 6 people?

Yes, by praising two cabins, You can bring up to 10 people, and even up to 12 people if you also rent the Gazelle Mobile.
