ARTICLE 1 - Organisation

La Gazelle Perchée is organising a free prize draw with no obligation to purchase on its social media channels.

ARTICLE 2 - Conditions of entry

The game is open to anyone of legal age residing in metropolitan France.

Entry is free and without obligation to purchase.

To take part, you must:

Follow the Instagram account @la_gazelle_perchee or the Facebook account La gazelle perchée

Like the competition post

Comment on the post, mentioning at least one person with whom you'd like to share this unusual night.

Every comment with a new person mentioned counts as an additional entry.

ARTICLE 3 - Duration of the competition

The competition runs from 5 April 2026 to 17 April 2026 at 19:00.

ARTICLE 4 - Designation of the winner

The sole winner will be drawn at random from all participants on Facebook and Instagram, provided they have complied with the rules of entry.

The result will be announced in the comments and/or on an Instagram and Facebook story on 17 April 2026 at 19:30

ARTICLE 5 - Lot

The winner receives:

🎁 One night for 2 people in the La Feuille cabin, including access to the jacuzzi, tropical sauna and natural shower.

The booking will be subject to calendar availability.

ARTICLE 6 - Conditions of use of the prize

The prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The booking must be made within the year following the winner's announcement, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, school holidays and bank holidays, and special events (Christmas, Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve).

Transport costs to get there are not included.

ARTICLE 7 - Liability

This competition is neither run nor sponsored by Instagram or Facebook

By participating, users release Instagram and Facebook from all liability.

ARTICLE 8 - Personal data

The information collected is used solely to contact the winner and will not be retained.
