GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1/ RATES
Our prices include all taxes.
2 /RULES
The owners of «La Gazelle perchée» accept payment by cash, bank card, cheque and holiday vouchers.
When you make your reservation, you will be asked to pay the full cost of your stay, plus the tourist tax of €1.45 per adult per night. You will be asked to pay for any optional extras when you arrive.
3/ HOME
We welcome you between 5pm and 9pm (if you arrive outside these times, please let us know). If we have not heard from you by 5pm, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
The hut must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
4/ GIFT VOUCHER
Gift vouchers do not have a validity period; they can be used for life. They can be used any day of the year, except on special occasions (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day), subject to availability.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
It is not possible to cancel a booking made with a gift voucher.
Any changes must be notified by e-mail or letter.
- Modifications received more than 15 days before the date of your stay can be made free of charge, subject to availability.
- Modifications received less than 15 days before your stay will incur a €50 handling fee.
5/ CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail or letter.
- Cancellation received more than 60 days before the arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date: 70% of the cost of the stay will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer.
- Cancellation received within 30 days of the arrival date: the full amount of the stay is retained.
In the event of a shortened stay, or a no-show, the price corresponding to the initial stay will be retained in full by «La Gazelle perchée».
It is not possible to cancel a booking made with a gift voucher.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE :
Cancellation insurance: you take out cancellation insurance with Chapka Assurances via La Gazelle Perchée when you book your holiday.
Reasons for cancellation covered: Chapka's cancellation insurance generally covers a wide range of reasons for cancellation, such as :
- Serious illness, accident or death of the insured or a close relative.
- Redundancy.
- Major material damage to your home.
- Administrative or judicial summons.
- And many others (check Chapka's specific conditions).
* Reimbursement of cancellation costs: If you have to cancel your holiday for a reason covered by the insurance, Chapka will reimburse the cancellation costs retained by «La Gazelle Perchée», in accordance with the conditions of your contract.
Advantages of cancellation insurance in this case :
- Financial security: You are protected against financial loss in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.
- Flexibility: You can book your stay with complete peace of mind, knowing that you're covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Full refund possible: Even if «La Gazelle Perchée» does not issue a full refund within 30 days of arrival, your insurance may reimburse the difference.

6/ VALUABLES
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation or vehicles. «La Gazelle perchée» cannot be held responsible for any incident whatsoever.
7/ GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
In view of the fact that the property is fully and carefully equipped, if any damage is noted on the day of departure and within 24 hours, the owner reserves the right to debit the credit card according to the amount of work and/or purchases to be carried out.
As well as for any drinks consumed in the minibar and not declared to the owners.
8/ OTHER CONDITIONS
Breakfast, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins.
Pets are not allowed.
Swimming is strictly prohibited in the pools surrounding the cabins.
Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or accompanying adult.
